Welcome to Summerset Press LTD By commissioning our editorial, formatting, and distribution services, you enter into a binding agreement with Summerset Press LTD (registered in Tyne and Wear, UK).
Unlike traditional agents or vanity publishing houses, Summerset Press LTD acts strictly as a fee-for-service provider. We do not take commission on sales channels, print margins, or digital ePub downloads.
All retail payouts from distributors such as Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, and ACX are paid through your own author accounts. We maintain zero ownership claims over your financial records.
All files, concepts, plots, and design deliverables remain your exclusive property. Upon receipt of final fee payments, full title and digital assets (typeset PDFs, cover wraps, master sound tracks) are yours to keep, export, or modify at any time.
We never negotiate rights related to film adaptations, translation, foreign territory sales, or audio formats unless separately contracted at your explicit instruction.
Our services are completed when design file exports match approved printer specification templates. We provide up to three rounds of minor adjustments (fixing text errors, typos, margin alignments) post-delivery within a 30-day review period.
Changes that require deep structural alterations to the layout after formatting approvals may generate separate task assessments and supplementary fee schedules.
As the sole copyright holder, you certify that submitted manuscripts represent your own work and do not infringe on existing trademarks, copyrights, or legal boundaries. Summerset Press LTD rejects draft submissions containing plagiarized materials, hate speech, or defamatory text.
